Our backyard - it sure looks pretty when snow covers up all the weeds, hedge apples, and bare spots! :)
Thank goodness we have our "easter egg/cotton candy" house across the street to guide us back to our house in the winter wonderland!
It was so great! And because we were already back from any holiday traveling we were doing and because it really was almost too cold to go outside, Matt and I were forced to spend our days just hanging out the three of us. It was perfect. We watched movies, made great dinners, played a ton of Scrabble, and of course, played with Siena all day. I could totally get used to the company! But I suppose all good things must come to an end at some point. It might be a good thing that we aren't cooped up inside all the time based on the following pictures...poor Siena - she has no defense against us...yet. :)
Siena's new favorite toy...
When Matt and I finally did decide to go outside for a little "date lunch", Siena had to be warm and snuggly going to Grandpa and Grandma's house! I think the mittens were a new, strange mystery to her...she didn't quite understand where her fingers went and why the mittens didn't taste nearly as good as what she's used to.
I love my baby girl!
Poor Siena...so defenseless! (And we're taking full advantage of it.) :)
